What each issue covers
- New registrations.Foreign brands that registered to franchise with Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade in the month, from the public register we track every week — see the English registry.
- Rule changes. Decrees and circulars that affect franchising, retail licensing and royalty tax, checked against the official text — the way we covered Decree 342.
- Numbers that moved. Market figures with their source and the date they refer to. When the data does not exist, we say so rather than estimate.
- Events. Franchise exhibitions and industry dates in Vietnam, listed only once the organiser has confirmed them — see events.
